Warranty

All Northtac airgun and optic products are covered by a 1-year warranty from the date of retail purchase. This warranty covers any defects in materials and workmanship, provided that valid proof of purchase is available. If any such defect occurs within the first 12 months after retail purchase, we will repair or replace the defective product in accordance with the warranty terms and conditions. If the warrantied model has been discontinued, Northtac reserves the right to substitute a comparable product.

To activate the full 1-year warranty, customers must register their product within 14 days of purchase using the registration form on this page (https://northtac.com/pages/warranty).

If the warranty has not been activated, we will provide coverage for up to 6 months from the date of purchase, provided that valid proof of purchase can be supplied. If no proof of purchase is available, the warranty period is up to 6 months from the date of manufacture.

What the Warranty Covers

  • Replacement parts and associated labor costs
  • Return shipping of the warrantied product to customers within the United States

What the Warranty Does Not Cover

  • Batteries and chargers
  • Damage or malfunction caused by using the incorrect caliber or pellet
  • Any damage or malfunction caused by improper operation
  • Damage caused by abuse, modification, lack of proper maintenance, or use of non-Northtac parts
  • Normal wear and tear from regular use
  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential losses or expenses, including property damage

How to Register Your Warranty

Complete the warranty registration form below within 14 days of purchase to activate your full 1-year coverage. Please have your order number, item number/SKU, and proof of purchase ready before you begin.
