For items that are currently in stock, Northtac typically processes and ships orders within 2 business days after payment has been successfully cleared. Before shipment, each order is carefully reviewed and inspected to help ensure product quality, proper condition, and overall performance.

Delivery times may vary depending on your location, the carrier, and the shipping method selected at checkout. Shipping fees will be calculated and displayed during checkout based on your shipping address and the available shipping options.

For pre-order items, the estimated shipping date will usually be stated on the product page. By purchasing a pre-order product, you acknowledge and agree that the item may ship at a later date and may not be delivered within the normal processing timeframe.

Before placing an order, you are responsible for confirming that your state, city, county, or local jurisdiction allows the shipment, purchase, possession, and use of airguns and related accessories. Northtac is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, package holds, returns, seizures, or losses caused by legal restrictions, carrier limitations, or incorrect eligibility on the customer's part.

By purchasing from Northtac, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and that you are legally permitted to purchase and possess airguns and accessories in your jurisdiction. It is your responsibility to make sure that no law, regulation, or local restriction prohibits your purchase, ownership, shipment, or use of the products ordered from our website.

Order processing time is separate from carrier transit time. Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, Northtac is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather conditions, transportation issues, address errors, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Return & Exchange Policy

ALL AIRGUN AND ACCESSORY SALES ARE FINAL. No returns accepted without valid reason.

You may request a return or refund within 7 days of purchase in the following cases:

  1. The order has not yet been shipped
  2. The product is unopened, undamaged, and in resalable condition with original packaging intact
  3. The issue is clearly caused by Northtac's documented error

If the return reason is not due to Northtac's error, a 20% restocking fee will apply to your refund.

Northtac reserves the final decision on whether a return or refund request will be approved.
