We aim to process and ship orders as quickly as possible. Orders are typically shipped within 2 business days after payment is successfully completed.

Shipping Rates

We offer free shipping on orders over $500.

For orders under $300, a flat shipping fee of $30 will apply.

Please note that shipping times may vary depending on the destination, carrier service, and other factors outside of our control.

Please ensure that your purchase complies with all applicable laws and regulations. Customers are solely responsible for any consequences resulting from improper or unlawful purchases.

Please also confirm that your state allows the shipment and delivery of airguns by carrier.

Return Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

Return Requirements

To be eligible for a return, the product must be kept in a resalable condition. Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging where applicable.

Products that are used, damaged, altered, or not in resalable condition may not be eligible for return.

How do I make a return?

To start a return, please email your order number, the item(s) you would like to return, and the reason for the return to our customer service team at a@northtac.com.

We will review and process your return request within 1 business day, and then provide you with our return address and further instructions.

Please do not send any products back without confirmation from our customer service team. Returns sent without prior approval may be lost or delayed, and we may be unable to properly process your return.

Refunds will be processed after the returned items have been received and inspected.
