General Policy
Northtac is committed to providing accurate product information, fair pricing, and a secure shopping experience for the North American airgun community. By placing an order or pre-order on northtac.com, you agree to the terms set out below.
Pricing & Availability
We make every effort to honor the price listed at the time of purchase or pre-order. That said, factors outside our control—including tariffs, import and freight costs, and manufacturer price adjustments—may cause pricing or availability to change without prior notice.
In the case of a pricing error, Northtac reserves the right to cancel or decline any order. If this happens, we will notify you and your payment will not be charged.
Sales Policy
- Airguns, optics, and ammunition are final sale once shipped and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Airguns and optics include a 1-year limited warranty from the date of purchase. Eligible defects are handled through warranty service rather than a return or exchange.
- Other products may be returned within 7 days of delivery if unused, undamaged, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
- You must be 18 years or older to purchase products on this site.
- You are solely responsible for ensuring that your purchase and possession of airguns, optics, ammunition, and accessories complies with all applicable local, state, and federal laws.
Shipping
In-stock orders are processed within 1 business day after payment clears. Orders placed in the morning on business days usually ship the same afternoon, subject to order verification, inventory checks, and carrier pickup times.
Free standard shipping applies to orders of $600 or more before tax. Shipping fees for orders below $600 are calculated at checkout.
Northtac reserves the right to refuse shipment to any location where a product may be restricted. Customers are responsible for confirming all local requirements before ordering.
International Orders
- We do not ship airguns or optics internationally.
- Customers are responsible for understanding and complying with the laws of their own country.
Important: If a shipment is seized or confiscated by customs, Northtac is not responsible and will not reimburse the cost of the product or shipping.
Order Cancellation & Restocking
Cancellations
- Before fulfillment begins: Orders canceled before processing are eligible for a full refund.
- After fulfillment has started: A cancellation fee of up to 20% may apply.
- After shipment: The order cannot be canceled and must follow the return process, if eligible.
Pre-Orders
- Pre-ordered items ship as soon as they become available.
