Do you ship overseas?
Sorry, we currently only ship within the United States. We are not able to ship to locations outside the U.S. at this time.
Do I need to be 18 years old to purchase?
Yes. You must be at least 18 years old to purchase airguns from our online store. By placing an order, you confirm that you are legally allowed to purchase, own, and use airguns in your jurisdiction.
Are airguns legal in my area?
Airgun laws vary by state, city, and local jurisdiction. It is the buyer’s responsibility to make sure that no laws or regulations prohibit the purchase, possession, or use of airguns and related accessories in their area.
How long does it take to ship my order?
We usually ship orders within 48 hours after payment has cleared. Order fulfillment time is separate from carrier transit time. Delivery delays caused by shipping carriers are outside of our control.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
What is covered under warranty?
Our products include a 2-year warranty. Warranty coverage applies to qualifying defects such as air leaks, physical damage, misfiring, non-functioning parts, or abnormal performance, subject to evaluation.
