General Policy
Northtac is committed to providing accurate product information, fair pricing, and a secure shopping experience for the North American airgun community. By placing an order or pre-order on northtac.com, you agree to the terms set out below.
Pricing & Availability
We make every effort to honor the price listed at the time of purchase or pre-order. That said, factors outside our control—including tariffs, import and freight costs, and manufacturer price adjustments—may cause pricing or availability to change without prior notice.
In the case of a pricing error, Northtac reserves the right to cancel or decline any order. If this happens, we will notify you and your payment will not be charged.
Sales Policy
- All airgun and ammunition sales are final.
- You must be 18 years or older to purchase products on this site.
- You are solely responsible for ensuring that your purchase and possession of airguns, optics, and accessories complies with all applicable local, state, and federal laws.
Shipping Restrictions
Northtac reserves the right to refuse shipment to any location where a product may be restricted. Orders that we suspect are intended for export outside the United States may be canceled.
Restricted locations for airguns:
- States: Delaware, Illinois, New Jersey, Rhode Island, and the District of Columbia
- Cities: All boroughs of New York City
International Orders
- We do not ship airguns or optics internationally.
- Customers are responsible for understanding and complying with the laws of their own country.
Important: If a shipment is seized or confiscated by customs, Northtac is not responsible and will not reimburse the cost of the product or shipping.
Order Cancellation & Restocking
Cancellations
- Before fulfillment begins: Orders canceled before processing are eligible for a full refund.
- After fulfillment has started: A cancellation fee of up to 20% may apply.
- After shipment: The order cannot be canceled and must follow the return process, if eligible.
Pre-Orders
- Pre-ordered items ship as soon as they become available.
Returns & Exchanges
Final-Sale Items
Airguns and ammunition cannot be returned or exchanged.
Eligible Returns
- Unused and in original condition
- Include all original packaging and accessories
- Requested within 30 days of delivery
Non-Returnable Items
- Used or damaged items
- Modified products
- Air tanks, compressors, and pressurized systems
- Custom or clearance items
Return Process
- Contact Support@Northtac.com
- Obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number
- Ship the item back with tracking
Returns sent without authorization may be refused. A restocking fee of up to 20% may apply.
Order Verification & Fraud Prevention
- We may verify billing, shipping, and identity information.
- Fraudulent orders will be reported and prosecuted.
Communication Policy
Transactional messages: order confirmations and shipping updates.
Promotional messages: product announcements and special offers.
You may unsubscribe from marketing email or SMS at any time. Transactional messages are required to service your order.
Data Privacy
We do not sell or rent your personal information.
