Terms and Conditions

All airgun and accessory sales are final unless otherwise approved by Northtac.

An adult signature may be required for all airgun-related purchases. You must be at least 18 years old to purchase from our online store.

Buyers are responsible for confirming that their purchase, possession, and use of airguns, accessories, and related products are legal in their state, city, county, or jurisdiction. By placing an order with Northtac, you confirm that you are legally allowed to purchase, receive, possess, and use the products in your order.

Northtac is not responsible for determining whether a product is legal in your specific location. It is the buyer’s responsibility to comply with all applicable laws and regulations before placing an order.

7-Day Return Window

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. The product must be unused, undamaged, unaltered, and in resalable condition, with its original packaging, accessories, manuals, tags, and proof of purchase where applicable.

Do not attempt to disassemble, modify, tune, alter, or change the appearance or function of any product purchased from Northtac. Any such attempt may void your right to return the item and may also affect warranty or service eligibility where applicable.

How do I make a return?

To start a return, please email your order number, the item(s) you would like to return, and the reason for the return to our customer service team at a@Northtac.com.

We will review and process your return request within 1 business day. If your return request is approved, we will provide the return address and further instructions.

Please do not send any products back without confirmation from our customer service team. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted and may be refused, delayed, or lost. Northtac may be unable to properly process any unauthorized return.

Return Shipping and Restocking Fee

Unless otherwise stated, customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

A 20% restocking fee may apply to approved returns and/or order cancellations.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product, please contact us immediately at a@Northtac.com.

We will review the issue and help determine the appropriate solution. Northtac reserves the right to evaluate the condition of the product before approving a return, replacement, or refund.

Exceptions and Non-Returnable Items

Certain items may not be eligible for return, including used products, damaged products, modified products, disassembled products, clearance items, final-sale items, special-order items, and products that cannot be resold due to safety, legal, or condition-related reasons.

International orders, if accepted, may not be eligible for return or refund unless otherwise approved by Northtac.

Exchanges

The fastest way to receive the product you want is to request a return for the original item first. Once the return is accepted, you may place a separate order for the new item.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank, credit card company, or payment provider to process and post the refund.
