An adult signature will be required for all airguns.

You must be 18 years old to purchase on our online store. Buyers have to meet in jurisdictions where permitted by applicable laws for Airguns.  You are responsible to determine that no laws or regulations prohibit your purchase or possession of airguns and accessories that there are no other reasons that you canot legally purchase or possess the product.  We usually ship out your order within 48 hours after your payment is cleared, We do not take any responsibilities delayed by shipping companies. The order fulfillment times are in addition to the shipping times. Regardless of the shipping method or companies.

Northtac Return Policy

We have a 30-Day return policy. Which mean you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with in it original packaging.  You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.  Do not attempt to disassemble any items.  Attempt to change the appearance or function of any item you purchase from us will void the warranty and your right to return the product for a full refund.

To start a return, you can contact us at service@northtac.com. If your return is accepted, we'll send you a return label from your email. There is a 20% restocking fee for a return or cancellations.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Northtac warranties policy

Northtac warranties is two years. Please register PCP Warranty online.

Northtac will cover the shipping cost both ways for warranty work up to 60-days from purchase. After 60-days the customer is reponsibile for the shipping cost to send the airgun in ((one way) and we will cover the shipping label after repair.

Please remember that airguns are highly technical products with many moving parts,seals,etc. that will need maintenance over time. There are certain o-rings and parts that are not covered under warranty but considered routine maintenance (breech O-rings for example).

Please always follow manfacture instruction to use our airguns like suggested pressue,ammo,accessories, and maintenance, please always wear your eyes and ears protection when you use airguns. Unproper use or reckless use the airguns could cause serious injury.

Due to the complexity of these products, there are many times that incorrect use can cause issues. These types of issues can be evaluated and would not be covered under warranty (installing aftermarket power kit parts for example or incorrect tuning).

Defectiveness includes leaking airguns, phyical damage,misfiring, non-functioning and abnormal performance. What is defective maybe up to interpretation. Northtac reserves the right to determine if a product is truly defective before issuing a refund.

Accuracy: No airgun manufacturers that we sell have accuracy guarantees.

Refunds 

We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
